Fixed Rate Mortgage
Your principal and interest payment will remain the same for the entire life of your loan.
Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
A mortgage in which the interest rate is adjusted periodically. Guardian’s Adjustable Rate Mortgage may provide you a lower starting rate than a Fixed Rate Mortgage. After an initial payment period the interest rate may go up or down based on market conditions.
Down Payment Assistance
One or more grants may be available to help with your downpayment and closing costs. To receive a grant your annual household income cannot exceed established limits. The grants are normally reserved for first time homebuyers.
Refinancing
